Jenny McCarthy To Create Lifestyle Brand

Jenny McCarthy Branded EntertainmentFormer Playboy sensation Jenny McCarthy has recently signed with a Los Angeles licensing agency to develop a lifestyle brand called Too Good by Jenny.

The sultry star rose to stardom with her 90s appearances in Playboy and MTV, however this current deal promises to be more idealistic in purpose than superficial. The deal, which is made in partnership with Brand Sense, is an advocacy to provide children safe and non-toxic surroundings.

According to BrandWeek, McCarthy was inspired to join this advocacy because of her sons diagnosis of autism in 2005. As quoted, she later became an advocate for a holistic approach to child development after her son Evan was diagnosed with autism in 2005. She has been vocal about such causes as staggering immunizations, adhering to a gluten-free diet and eliminating chemicals in everyday products, such as lead paint in toys or BPA plastic in baby bottles. She is also a spokesperson for an organization called Talk About Curing Autism.

Along with McCarthy, other notable names will also be supporting the advocacy, including Sheryl Crow, as well as companies Dodge and MGM.
