Ford appeared 30 times out of the last 52 number one box office hits in the United States. Every movie needs a car. Thats why Fords appearance is not surprising. As stated by Abram Sauer of Brandcameo, (In movies) New York taxis are almost always Fords.

The real surprise came with the numerous cameos of the Ford Mustang. This includes the old designs and the new designs. The new Mustang graced the silver screen in films like The Transformers and I am Legend. On the other hand, the classic model had significant roles in films like The Bucket List and American Gangster. To add to this extensive list of top films is the upcoming remake of Death Race 2000. Ford has placed this car back in the center stage — It hasnt received this much spotlight since 1968s Bullit.

Other awardees include The Transformers for Achievement in Press Coverage and Iron Man for Best Off-Screen Support. The Transformers was awarded for alluding to E.T. the Extra Terrestrial, while Iron Man was awarded for strategically placing the brands Audi, LG and Burger King in the knit of the film.
